How It Works
Parents create a Branch Office — their household — and become Supervisors. Teens apply for open positions, sit through a real interview, and once hired, work shifts against a written "Done when" standard, log their hours, and get paid on a real schedule.
It's a household chore system with the seriousness (and the humor) of a real workplace, built to prepare teens for their first actual job.
What Employees Do
- Apply, interview, and get hired for a real role
- Work scheduled shifts to a written standard
- Log hours and get paid on a bi-weekly schedule
- Get feedback, warnings, and raises — just like a real job
Now Hiring
Operations Associates work interior and exterior shifts, averaging about 8 hours a week, paid every second Friday. No experience required — just a willingness to learn and show up on time.
